Faceless Portraits
Objective: Taking portraits of people without including their face. Trying to reveal aspects of their personality without the aid of eye contact and expression.











Questions:
1. What did you pick to do your project on? Explain why?

Faceless portraits which is taking portraits of people without including their face. And also showing some of their personality and characteristics.
2. What did you do to get the image?
-
I think the hardest part of this project was making the cracks darker and highlighting to make it look more realistic. I got lost everytime I was watching the tutorial. I actually had to restart so many times.
3. What editing did you have to do to your images? Why?
-
None, I just left them how they were. I just wanted them to look natural as possible.
4. What did you learn about this kind of photography by shooting it?
-
Yes and no. it would depend on how thorough the tutorial your're reading is. But mostly the video if better, considering if the person doesn't say what thyre doing you can just see what they're doing and copy it.
5. Was there anything you founf difficult about creating these images?
-
Yes and no. You think it would be easy taking pictures from their head down. But the hard part was having to inlude some of their personality and characteristics without showing their face.
6. How do you think they came out overall? Could they be better?
-
I think I did okay. They didn't come out as good as i wanted them to. So yes, they could have come out way better.
7. What are you thinking about doing for your next independent project?

None, since I won't be here. #CLASSOF2015
